Drink Water!


Can not stress enough how important water is to your health! It is recommended that you should drink around eight 8-ounce glasses of water, or just shy of 2 liters (1.9 Liters).


If you are someone that just drinks everything but water during the day, try substituting one beverage for a glass of water everyday. After a few days try substituting two beverages, and just continue this process till you are getting your recommended water intake everyday.
